What an exciting day.
Willis arrived 1st, followed by me, then Kevin, and Wenjie.
When 125/126 arrived at Jurong East eastbound, Kevin suddenly said "I see VFDs!", and we started to peer in, and only the front 3 carriages had the VFDs installed, so I quickly ran to 2125 and 4 of us boarded it. I took 2 pictures of the train, and 1 featured Kevin! Luckily for Kevin's alert, or we wouldn't have known 125/126 was the new STARIS train today. We alighted at Clementi to wait for the chartered train. It was 007/008. I took a vid of it approaching, while Willis took a vid of it departing. 1st time seeing a chartered train.
